Responsibilities |
- Strategy development and its execution in Europe/China
・Develop a sales strategy and execute it in Europe/China
・Support and manage distributors
・Propose technical solutions to customers
・Cooperation with partner companies
・Develop new distributors/partner companies
- Collect information of market trend and technology innovation through the sales activities in the area you are in charge of
Develop and promote a sales strategy to expand and improve our deburring and polishing business in the future
(Approach to new industries, develop an effective sales method/system, etc.)
It is possible to promote to a management position in 2-3 years by expanding the range of your role and deepening the knowledge in your specialty. |

- A person who has experience in business-to-business sales at a manufacturer or a trading company
- A person who is good at data analysis and wants to realize a sales strategy in sales activity

Work Style |
- Working at the office/home and business trips
- Work at the office/home (2-3 days each)
Online meetings (2-3 times per week) with partner companies (distributors, customers, related manufacturers), prepare and propose technical solutions to customers, department/company internal project meetings, development and execution of new measures
- Business trips
Meetings with distributors, visit customers, visit exhibitions, meetings with candidates of new distributors, etc.
A person in charge of Europe: 3-4 times per year, 1-2 times per year in the first year of joining the company
A person in charge of China: 4-6 times per year (1 week per trip), 1-2 times per year in the first year of joining the company

- Estimated annual salary

Including basic salary, fixed bonus, overtime pay for 30 hours per month
In addition to this annual salary, there is a variable bonus (bonus addition) depending on the company’s performance and individual performance.

370,000 - 470,000 JPY

Working Hours |
- 9:00 - 17:30 (Regular working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes, lunch break: 60 minutes)
You can shift your working hours to start working earlier or later than 9:00. Also, it is possible to take some time off to do your errands during working hours.
*Short-time work hour system for childcare is used by both management level and general employees (maximum of 12 years).
